ב. ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 14 (ארבעה עשר) ימים מקבלת המוצר (למעט מוצרים מיוחדים - ראה להלן) או מסמך הגילוי לפי המאוחר ביניהם. המוצר יוחזר באריזתו המקורית שלא נפגמה. לחברה ישנה זכות לתבוע את הצרכן בשל הרעה בערך המוצר. בעת ביטול עסקה שלא עקב פגם או אי התאמה- המוצר יוחזר על חשבון הצרכן.
ג. לקוח שרוצה להחזיר מוצר במסגרת ביטול עסקה , יחזיר את המוצר לבית העסק באחריותו ועל חשבונו
ד. לגבי מוצרים הארוזים מראש על ידי היצרן/היבואן, פתיחת האריזה המקורית מונעת את החזרת המוצר.
